Mental Health Therapy
Are you looking for someone to work with as you address challenges in your life? Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to open up as your authentic self. We will identify your strengths and goals and then create a plan together.
15 minute consultation: Free
50 minute session: $195 (telehealth only)
(Note: Not accepting insurance at this time, but can provide you with a superbill. Sliding scale available for BIPOC and LGBTQ2SIA+ individuals who are experiencing financial hardship.)
CSWA Clinical Supervision
Are you working toward earning your LCSW? I am an approved CSWA Clinical Supervisor in the state of Oregon. I can help you fulfill your board requirements while gaining the knowledge and diverse skills needed for practice. Are you wanting support in studying and preparing for your LCSW exam? I am available for tutoring sessions as well.
Initial 15 minute consultation: Free
Individual: $120/hour
Group: $60/hour Opening 1st and 3rd Thursdays 5-6pm
ASWB Exam Tutoring $120/hour
Career Coaching
Are you looking to grow as a Social Worker? Not sure where to start? I was there and I can help. Together we will create specific goals and a plan to get where you want to go. I can help with resumes, cover letters, and share strategies that work in our field.

Consultation/Trainings
Do you or your organization need a thought partner or a training? I am available to consult or present on a variety of topics and issues including: adolescent development, suicide prevention, and navigating systems.
